Maegan Young, NP

Maegan Young, ACNPC-AG, provides advanced nursing care to critically ill or injured adults with integrity and compassion. Her love for geriatric patients is years in the making. As a medical surgery nurse years ago, senior patients taught Young many life lessons from their young mistakes. Young’s passion for learning attracted her to vascular surgery. She enjoys every opportunity to learn new skills in the medical field and finds purpose in helping patients.  

A graduate of Northwestern State University of Louisiana College of Nursing, Young has a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is a certified acute care nurse practitioner, adult-gerontology from American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.

Born and raised in McLeod, Texas, Young enjoys cooking, taking trips and getting together with friends. One of her favorite childhood memories is fishing with her dad.
